Refund policy

You may cancel through the available TradePocket or FastSpring account controls before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access normally remains available until then.

Renewal charges and unused portions of a billing period are not refundable unless a charge is duplicate or erroneous, TradePocket and the seller agree otherwise, or applicable law requires a refund. Not using the service or forgetting to cancel does not by itself create refund eligibility.

Where FastSpring is the seller, refund requests are considered under the FastSpring Terms of Sale, the product policy stated here and mandatory consumer law. FastSpring may also refund a transaction where required to address suspected fraud, payment risk or applicable law.

A website setup, page pack, landing page, ownership buyout or other scoped purchase may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once intake review, content preparation, design, development, provisioning, migration, domain work or another stated deliverable has begun, the completed and committed portion is not refundable except where the seller agrees otherwise or mandatory law requires it.

If TradePocket cannot deliver a purchased Sites item, we will offer a reasonable correction, replacement, revised delivery arrangement or eligible refund. Scope changes and customer delays do not by themselves create refund eligibility.

Contact support@tradepocket.pro promptly if a technical problem prevents delivery, you do not recognize a charge, or you believe the amount is duplicate or incorrect. Include the account email and FastSpring order or invoice reference where available so the transaction can be investigated.

When FastSpring is the Merchant of Record, an approved refund is processed by FastSpring to the original payment method. TradePocket does not send that refund through another payment route. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit, and exchange-rate differences or bank charges are outside TradePocket’s control.

Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
