What makes a review verified? +
The customer receives a unique invitation connected to a real TradePocket customer and completed job. A recorded payment can add confidence, but cash or payments handled elsewhere do not prevent a genuine review.
Can I hide a negative public review? +
Not simply because it is negative. You can reply, work to resolve the issue or report content that breaks the review rules. TradePocket needs legitimate public reviews to remain credible.
Can customers leave private feedback instead? +
Yes. The customer can clearly choose private feedback that goes only to the business or consent to a public review. The same neutral request and choices are shown to every customer.
Can I ask customers to review me on Google? +
A neutral Google review link can be shown to every customer. TradePocket will not reveal it only to customers who choose a high rating or discourage anyone from leaving an honest review.
Can I import reviews from another platform? +
No imported or externally sourced review receives TradePocket verification. The verified review system is reserved for direct invitations connected to completed TradePocket jobs.
Can I choose what appears in the website widget? +
The widget can feature selected public reviews and should be labeled as featured TradePocket reviews. If it shows an overall rating, that number is calculated from all public reviews.
Will the reviews add star ratings to my Google search result? +
That is not guaranteed. Reviews shown on a business’s own website generally do not qualify for review-star rich results. A genuine TradePocket public profile may be eligible only when it meets Google’s requirements, and Google decides whether anything is shown.
Is reviews and feedback included in the main plan? +
Yes. Review requests, the public profile and the TradePocket website widget belong in the main TradePocket plan rather than a separate review add-on.
Is TradePocket designed for a one-person business? +
Yes. TradePocket is made for people running a service business on their own. You get the everyday tools without screens for crews, dispatchers or departments.
Can I use TradePocket on my phone? +
